It's a nice cozy guest house
Three Little Birds is a gay owned cozy guest house near Taipower Building MRT Station. 10 mins from Ximen by metro, 15 mins max from most of the gay clubs in Taipei by Taxi. It's super gay friendly, and the gay host Toto Sean will show you the gay in Taipei, and give all the information you need :) There are 4 different room types: Double Room with Private Bathroom, Private Room with Shared Bathroom, 2 Beds Dorm, 8 Beds Dorm. You can ask for the rate throughout their website. The price is from NT$500 to NT$ 1600 per night.
